Egg Bajji Ingredients Boiled Eggs 2 Chana Flour(Besan/gram flour) 2cups Chillipowder 1/4tsp Tumeric 1/4tsp Chaat masala 1tsp salt Oil for deep frying 1.slice the boiled eggs about an inch thick. 2.Make a batter of chana flour with some water and the spices. 3.Heat the oil 4.Dip the slices in the batter and fry them until light brown. 5.Serve hot with pudina chutney.Sprinkle some chaat masala on the bajjis before serving. |
