Egg Caramel Pudding

Ingredients
Eggs 4
Whole Milk 3cups
Sugar 2cups


Preparing the Caramel
1.Add 1/2cup of water in 2cups of sugar and cook until it reduces to thick brown liquid
2.quickly pour it in the bowl or container for making the pudding.

Preparing the Pudding

1.Preheat oven to 375F
2.Whip eggs for 2minutes
3.Boil milk.
4.Temper the eggs by adding some(1/4cup) hot milk and mixing it .then add the tempered eggs in to the remaining milk.Keep stirring on low flame until milk thickens
5.Pour it in the bowl with the caramel at the bottom.
6.Keep this bowl in a tray of hot water and put it in the oven for steaming about 45minutes.
7.Remove the bowl and cool it.Carefully flip the bowl in to a serving plate.
8.Refrigrate for 2 hrs and serve .
