Egg Onion Curry
Ingredients
Eggs 3
Onions chopped 4medium
Ginger garlic paste 1/2tsp
Chilli powder 1/2tsp
Turmeric 1/4tsp
Green chillies 2
Coriander chopped 1/2cup
Salt
Oil

1.Saute onions in 2tsp of  oil until light brown.
2.Add ginger garlic paste.saute for a minute
3.Add the spices and saute for another minute.
4.Add 1/2cup of water.Add eggs.
5.After a minute or so stir the curry to scramble the eggs.
6.Cook until no water is left.
7.Garnish with chopped corainder and serve with roti or rice.
