Egg tomato Curry
Ingredients
Boiled Eggs 4
Onions chopped 2medium
Tomatoes 2medium
Ginger garlic paste 1/2tsp
Chilli powder 1/2tsp
Turmeric 1/4tsp
cumin(zeera powder) 1tsp
Coriander chopped 1/2cup
Salt
Oil

1.Saute onions in oil until light brown.
2.Add ginger garlic paste.cook for a minute.Then add finely chopped tomatoes.cook until tomatoes are tender.
3.Add the spices and stir for another minute.
4.Halve the eggs remove the yolks.Cut the whites in to cubes and stir in to the curry.Cook for 2minutes(Add the yolks when the curry is all cooked)
6.Garnish with chopped corainder and serve with rice or roti
