Egg tomato Khatta
Ingredients
Boiled Eggs 4
Onions chopped 1medium
Tomatoes 3medium
Tamarind paste 1tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1/2tsp
Chilli powder 1/2tsp
Turmeric 1/4tsp
cumin(zeera powder) 1tsp
Coriander chopped 1/2cup
Salt
Oil

1.Saute onions in oil until light brown.
2.Add ginger garlic paste.cook for a minute.Then add finely chopped tomatoes.cook until tomatoes are tender.
3.Add the spices and stir for another minute.
4.Add 2cups of water and tamarind paste.Bring to a Boil.
5.Add the halved or slit whole boiled eggs.Simmer for 2minutes.
6.Garnish with chopped corainder and serve with rice.
