Fish Cutlets

Ingredients
1.Fish minced (cat fish or murral or talapia or salmon) 2lbs
2.Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
3.Garam masala 1tsp
4.Chilli powder 1/2tsp
5.Bread crumbs 2cups
6.Eggs 1
7.Salt
8.Oil for shallow fry

1.Mix the minced fish in all the spices.
2.wet or grease hands before making patties.
3.whip the egg.heat the 4tsps of oil in a frying pan.
4.Dip each of the patties in the egg and then coat with bread crumbs.
5.Shallow fry both sides until brown.
6.Keep warm in the oven until its time to serve.Serve hot with ketchup.
