Fish Khatta/Fish Pulusu

Ingredients
1.Cat Fish/Mural  2lbs
2.Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
3.Chilli powder 1/2tsp
4.Tumeric 1/4tsp
5.Garam Masala 1/2tsp
6Tamarind paste 1Tbsp
7.Chopped Onions 1cup
8.Tomatoes chopped 1/2cup
7.Salt
9.Oil for shallow fry

1.Marinate Fish in half of the salt ,chilli powder ,tumeric and ginger garlic paste for about 2hrs
2.Shallow fry until brown on both sides.
3.Saute Onions and add ginger garlic paste.Add tomatoes and remaining spices.
4.Add tamarind paste and 2cups of water.Bring to a boil
5.Add the fried fish and simmer for 2minutes.
6.serve with  rice.
