Fried Chicken Ingredients 1.Chicken with skin 2lbs 2.Buttermilk 2cups 3.All purpose flour 1cup 4.Chilli powder 1/2tsp 5.Garam masala(ground cloves,cinnamon and cumin) 1/2tsp 6.Eggs 2 8.Oil for deep frying 9.Salt Method 1.Marinate chicken in butter milk for about 4hours or overnight 2.Mix chilli powder and garam masala in the all purpose flour. 3.Heat the oil. 4.Sligtly whip the eggs 5.Dip the marinated chicken in the whipped eggs then in the all purpose flour .dust the excess flour.Repeat this step for thicker crust on chicken.Allow the chicken pieces to rest for few minutes before frying them.Fry until crispy brown. 6.Serve with hot sauce. |
