Fried Rice

Ingredients
Rice 2cups
Onions chopped 1cup
Ginger and garlic chopped 1tsp
beans chopped 1cup
carrots chopped 1cup
cabbage chopped 1cup
peas 1/2cup
Eggs 1
Soysauce 2tbsp
Black pepper 1tsp
Ajinomoto(chinese salt) one pinch
Vegetable oil

1.Boil rice in 4cups of salted water and keep aside.
2.Saute onions for a minute.Add chopped ginger and garlic .saute for another minute.
3.Stir fry the vegetables until tender.Add whipped egg and scramble it.
4.Add soysauce ,salt and black pepper.Stir well.
5.Mix in rice and cook for 2minutes.Serve hot.

Cooking tip: Add some shredded chicken or cooked shrimp  with the vegetables to make it chicken or shrimp fried rice
