Frontier Chicken
1.Boneless chicken 2lbs
2.Fresh Ginger(cut in long thin strips) 1small
3.Ripe Tomatoes 2
4.Onions(halved and sliced)  1
5.Capsicum/bell pepper(cut in long pieces) 1
6.GaramMasala 1/2tsp
7.Ginger garlic paste 1/2tsp
8.Chilli powder 1tsp
9.Tumeric 1/4tsp
10 food color orange or red 1pinch
11.Salt and oil
Method
1.Marinate chicken overnight or 3-4hrs with all the ingredients except oil.
2.In a skillet add oil and put the marinated chicken and cook on slow flame for an hour.
3.serve with rice or roti.
