1.Boneless chicken 2lbs |

2.Fresh Ginger(cut in long thin strips) 1small |

3.Ripe Tomatoes 2 |

4.Onions(halved and sliced) 1 |

5.Capsicum/bell pepper(cut in long pieces) 1 |

7.Ginger garlic paste 1/2tsp |

10 food color orange or red 1pinch |

Method |
|
|
|
1.Marinate chicken overnight or 3-4hrs with all the ingredients except oil. |
|
|
|
2.In a skillet add oil and put the marinated chicken and cook on slow flame for an hour. |
|
|
|
3.serve with rice or roti. |
