GARLIC GREEN BEANS

 
 Ingredient
Green Beans(French cut) 2cups
 butter 1tsp
 olive oil 3tsp
 garlic cloves  finely chopped 2
 salt and pepper to taste
 Parmesan cheese grated 1/2cup

Method

1. Melt butter in a large skillet, add olive oil and garlic. Saute over low-medium heat until the garlic is slightly brown.
2. Stir in the drained green beans, salt and pepper and cook until the beans are tender.
3.When the green beans are tender turn off the heat and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
