Green Onion Egg Curry
Ingredients
Eggs 2
Green Onions\spring onions chopped 4
Ginger garlic paste 1/2tsp
Chilli powder 1/2tsp
Turmeric 1/4tsp
Green chillies 2
Coriander chopped 1/2cup
Salt
Oil

1.Saute green onions in 2tsp of  oil for 2minutes.
2.Add ginger garlic paste.saute for a minute
3.Add the spices and saute for another minute.
4.Add 1/2cup of water.Add eggs.do not scramble.cover and cook for 5minutes.Then turn the eggs.cook untill all the water is absorbed.
5.Garnish with chopped corainder and serve with roti or rice
