Grilled Shrimp
Ingredients
Shrimp Big size 2lbs
Ginger garlic paste 2tsp
Lemon juice 4tsp
Chilli powder 1tsp
Ground Cumin,cloves and cinnamon 1tsp
Finely Chopped cilantro 1/2cup
Onions big 1
Green Bell pepper 1
Red Bell pepper 1
Oil 4tsp
Salt

Method
1.Marinate shrimp for 2-4hrs in all the spices,cilantro and lemon juice.
2.Cut the Onions and Peppers in squares.Add some salt and Oil.
3.Skew them in Bamboo Skewers.Alternate with Shrimp ,onions and Peppers.
4.Grill or BBQ on charcoal or Bake in Preheated Oven of 375F until tender(about 20minutes)
4.serve hot
