| Lamb or chicken(boneless) 2lb Haleem Wheat 1lb GaramMasala(Ground spices like cloves, cinnamon and cumin seeds) 1tsp Green Masala(Choped cilantro and mint) |

| Ginger garlic paste 1tsp Cripsy fried onions 1cup lime juice 2tbsp green chillies 2 red chilli powder 1tsp turmeric powder 1/4 tsp salt and oil |

| 1.soak Haleem wheat overnight 2.Marinate meat with ginger garlic paste,salt,red chillie powder,garam masala and tumeric 3.pressure cook the meat and soaked wheat with 2-3 cups of water for 30-45 minutes at medium flame 4..coarsely grind it after cooling. 5.pour it in to a heavy bottom skillet and add the green masala,lime juice and some more water.cook till the blisters start . |
