Hummus
Chickpeas (soaked overnight) 4oz
Lemon 1
garlic cloves 2
olive oil 1tsp
paprika 1/2tsp
Parsely chopped 1/2cup
Salt
1.Boil the soaked chickpeas  for about an hour or until tender. Keep the water of the chickpeas.
2.Blend chickpeas  with the lemon juice, garlic, salt and some water of chickpeas to obtain a smooth creamy consistency.
3. garnish with a dribble of olive oil, a dusting of paprika and some chopped parsley.
4.Serve with warm pita bread.
 Serves 4-6.
