Kaddu ka Halwa

Ingredients
Small Kaddu (Green pumpkin) -1
Milk-2cups
ghee-2tbsp
sweetened condensed milk-1can
chopped almonds and cashews-1/2cup
raisins-2tbsp

Method
1.Peel off the kaddu and grate it
2.heat ghee and add the grated kaddu
2.saute for couple of minutes.Add milk
3.when the milk starts boiling add condensed milk
4.cook untill the ghee appears to be leaving the vessel
5.garnish with dry fruits.serve hot or cold
