Kandoori Fry
Ingredients
Kandoori (Tindora)  2lbs
Onions chopped 1/2cup
Dry grated coconut 1/4cup
Ginger Garlic paste 1tsp
Chilli powder 1/2tsp
Tumeric 1/4tsp
Curry leaves 1stem
Mustard seeds 1/4tsp
Green chillies 2
Cilantro chopped 1/2cup
Salt and Oil

1.Wash and thinly slice the kandoori.
2.Saute onions with mustard seeds,curry leaves,green chillies for 3-4minutes and add ginger garlic paste.saute for a minute .Add sliced kandoori..
3.Stir occasionally.When kandoori is tender add the grated coconut. cook untill kandoori is lightly crispy and brown.serve with rice or roti.
