Khatti Dal
Ingredients
1.Toovar Dal 1cup
2.Tamarind paste 1Tbsp
3.Red chilli powder 1/4Tsp
4.Pinch of Tumeric
5.Curry leaves,Garlic clove ,Zeera , Mustard seeds and Red chilles For Tadka
6.Oil

1.Wash and Soak the dal for about 10minutes
2.Boil it with a cup of water and pinch of tumeric and  red chilli powder untill tender
3.Mash the dal and add salt and tamarind paste and 1 cup water.
4.Bring to a Boil
5.preapare tadka and pour over the dal.


                         
Mitti Dal
Ingredients
1.Moong Dal 1cup
2.Onions Chopped 2Tbsp
3.Pinch of Tumeric
4.Oil
5.Chopped coriander
6.Green chilles 2

1.Wash and Soak the dal for about 10minutes
2.Boil it with a cup of water ,green chillies and pinch of tumeric untill tender
3.Mash the dal and add salt and 1 cup water.
4.Bring to a Boil
5.Fry the onions crispy brown and garnish with them and coriander .
