Baked Kheema Kababs
Ingredients
Minced Lamb or beef 2lbs
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Chilli powder 1tsp
Ground Cumin,cloves and cinnamon 1tsp
Chopped cilantro 1bunch
Chopped Green chillies 2
Thick yogurt 1tsp
Salt

Method
1.Marinate meat  for 30minutes in all the spices,green chillies and cilantro. (do not add Oil).
2.Preheat oven to 375F.Grease a baking tray.Arrange all the lamb mixture in the tray.gently press to cover the entire tray.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until light brown crust is formed.
3.Garnish with onion rings and serve warm with Rice
