Lamb Chops

Ingredients
Lamb Chops 2lbs
Ginger Garlic Paste 1Tbsp
Black pepper crushed 1Tbsp
Garam Masala(grounded cumin,cloves,cinnamon and cardamom) 1/2Tsp
Chopped Onions 1cup
Coriander Chopped 1/2 cup
Green chillies 2-4
Lime juice-2tbsp
Salt and Oil

1.Wash and Marinate the chops with all the ingredients for about an hour.
2.Pressure cook(tightly closed container) about 10minutes.
3.remove the lid and cook untill no water is left and oil separates.
4.Squeeze with lime juice before serving.
