Lamb Fry Lamb Boneless 2lbs Chopped Onions 1Cup Ginger Garlic Paste 1tsp Chilli powder 1tsp Tumeric 2pinches Coriander chopped Lemon 1 Salt and Oil 1.Wash and Marinate the lamb with all the ingredients for about an hour 2.Add a cup of water and slow cook the lamb untill tender(about 40minutes). 3.When all the water is absorbed ,slightly increase the flame and cook the lamb untill nice and brown 4.Garnish with chopped coriander and lemon wedges. |
