Lamb Khatta

Ingredients
Lamb with bones 2lbs(approx 1Kg)
Ground nuts 1/2cup
Garam Masala(ground cumin,cloves and cinnamon) 1Tsp
Tomatoes -1
Tamarind paste 2Tbsp
Chilli powder 1Tsp
Tumeric
curry leaves 2stems
Ginger Garlic paste 1tsp
Oil and Salt

1.Roast ground nuts and grind them finely.
2.Wash and marinate the lamb for about 10minutes with all the ingredients including the ground nut powder(exclude tomatoes)
3.In 2tsp of oil fry curry leaves and add the mixture of lamb.
4.Pressure cook about 10minutes .
5 remove the lid and add chopped tomatoes and tamarind paste and 2cups of water.cook until it boils and oil starts to float.
