Lamb Rice(Tihari)

Ingredients
1. Basmati rice 3cups
2.Lamb leg 2lbs
3.Garam Masala(powdered cinnamon,cardamom,cumin) 1/2tbsp
4.Red chilli powder-1/2tsp
5.turmeric 1/2tsp
6.Salt-1tsp
7.Ginger Garlic paste 1tbsp
8.onions-1big
9.oil -2tbsp

Method
1.Chop onions and saute in oil until brown.Add ginger garlic paste saute for a minute.
3.add lamb and other spices.cook until lamb is tender.Add about 5cups of water.Bring to a boil.
4.Wash and soak rice for 10minutes.add soaked rice in boiling mixture of lamb.stir well.cover and cook until rice is done and no water is left.
6.garnish with chopped cilantro.serve warm.
