Lamb Tomato Khatta

Ingredients
Lamb with bones 2lbs(approx 1Kg)
Onions 1medium
RipeTomatoes -3large
Garam Masala(ground cumin,cloves and cinnamon) 1Tsp
Chilli powder 1Tsp
Tumeric
curry leaves 2stems
Ginger Garlic paste 1tsp
Oil and Salt

1.Saute chopped onions in 2tsp of oil.Add curry leaves.When onions are lightly brown add the ginger garlic paste.saute for a minute.Add chopped tomatoes and spices.Cook until tender.
2.Clean the lamb.Add to the curry and stir.cook for 2minutes.Add 1cup of water.cover and cook until lamb is tender.
3.When done.Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with rice.
