Lamb Shorba

Ingredients
1.Lamb with Bones 2lbs(approx 1Kg)
2.Chopped Onions 2cups
3.Green chillies 2-4
4.Mint leaves or coriander leaves 1/2cup
5.Ginger Garlic paste
6.Black Pepper 1Tsp
7 Oil and Salt

1.Wash the lamb and mix with all the ingredients along with 2cups of water.
2.Slow cook for about an hour in a pressure cooker or 4hrs in any other container.
3.Add a teaspoon of corn starch or maida flour for thicker consistency.Garnish with remaining coriander leaves.
