Lasagna

Ingredients
lasagna pasta 1lb
Ground beef 1lb
Spagetti tomato sauce 3cups
Onions 1
cumin 1/2tsp
Garlic cloves 2
Mozeralla cheese (grated) 1cup
parmesan cheese 1/2cup
Salt
Oil for shallow fry.


Preparing
1.Boil water with salt.
2.Add the pasta and cook for about 10minutes and drain
3.In a skillet saute onions and add chopped garlic.After a minute add beef and spices.cook until no water is left
4.In a baking tray layer the 1cup of tomato sauce at the bottom.then top with pasta sheets , beef and cheese.Repeat the same again with tomato sauce ,pasta ,beef and cheese.
5.Bake for about 30 minutes at 350F until cheese melts.cut in squares and serve.

Cooking tip:To make it vegetarian replace beef with spinach and mushrooms.
