Layered Parathas

Ingredients

Wheat flour 2cups
salt as per taste
oil-4tbsp


Method
1.make dough of the wheat flour with some water,oil and salt.leave it covered for
an hour.
2.Make round thin rotis of the dough about 6inches long.Make 3 or 4 such thin rotis. Then grease each one of these rotis with some oil.Layer them and roll it to compress them.
3.heat a pan and roast  the parathas on both sides.apply some oil on both sides and roast them until lightly brown.
4.serve warm with any curry.
