Leg of Lamb
 long grain rice (Basmati) 6cups
 vegetable oil 4tsps
 salt
 spices(ground cinnamon,cloves,cumin and nutmeg) 2tsp
 onions sliced 2
 Lamb legs 2
Preparation
1.Wash and cook rice in 10cups of  water, vegetableoil and some salt.
2.In a big pot, place onions on the bottom.

3.Rub the leg of lamb with
 spices

4.Place leg of lamb in pot over onions.

5.Pour cooked rice over and around the leg of lamb to cover completely. Press firmly then cover.

6.Slow Cook with lid on the pot for about 2hrs.
7.serve on a large round plate with lamb in the center and rice around the lamb.
