Liver Curry

Liver(cut in cubes) 2lbs
Chopped Onions 1Cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 1tsp
Chilli powder 1tsp
Tumeric 2pinches
Coriander chopped
Lemon 1
Salt and Oil

1.Marinate the liver with all the ingredients for about an hour
2.Add a cup of water and slow cook the liver untill tender(about an hour).
3.When all the water is absorbed ,slightly increase the flame and cook the lamb untill nice and brown
4.Garnish with chopped coriander and lemon wedges.
