Tomato Mozzarella Salad Ingredients |

Mozzarella cheese 6oz Ripe tomatoes 2 Ripe avocado 1 Shallots(small red onions) 2 olive oil 1/4cup lemon juice 2tsp salt to taste Dry mustard 1/2tsp Peppercorns ? crushed 2tsp oregano 1/2tsp fresh basil for garnish |

Preparation 1.Thinly slice the cheese and tomatoes and arrange them in a large plate. 2.Peel and cut the avocado into thin slices and them arrange with the cheese and tomato slices. Separate the shallots into rings and scatter over the salad. 3.Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, peppercorns, and oregano. Stir until well blended. Spoon over salad and let marinate 1 hour. Garnish with basil and serve. |
