Masala Vada
Ingredients
1.Chana dal 2cups
2.Onions chopped 1cup
3.Green chillies chopped 2
4.Cumin seeds(zeera) 1/2tsp
5.Chilli powder 1/4tsp
6.Tumeric 1/4tsp
7.Ginger garlic paste 1/2tsp
8.Salt
9.Oil for Deep frying

Method
1.Soak dal for atleast 4hrs or overnight.
2.Grind dal very coarsely.Mix with the spices .The mixture should not be watery.
3.Make small balls slightly flatten.Deep fry until golden brown.serve hot.
