Macaroni and Cheese
Ingredients
elbow macaroni  1/2lb
butter, cut into bits 1/4stick
evaporated milk (or use whole milk mixed with a little cream) 12ounce can
 eggs, beaten 2
Cheddar cheese, grated 2cups
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation
1.Preheat oven to 350F.
2.Boil the macaroni until just barely done in salted water. Drain and toss with the butter in a large, ovenproof mixing bowl.
3.stir I/3 of the milk into the macaroni, then add the eggs,  and three quarters of the cheese. Add salt and pepper stir well.Top with some bread crumbs. set the bowl  in the oven.Cook for 20minutes .
4. serve warm.
