Malai Kofta
Ingredients
For koftas
Potatoes 1big
Spinach 1bunch
carrots 2medium
Coriander chopped 1/2cup
Green chillies 2
Black Pepper 1/2tp

For Gravy
Tomatoes 2
Onions 1medium
Fresh cream 1tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Chilli powder 1/2tsp
Tumeric 1/4tsp
Garam Masala 1/2tsp
Salt and Oil

Koftas preparation
1.Boil the vegatabels . peel the potatoes and squeeze out all the water from spinach and carrots.
2.Mash the vegetables and mix with chopped green chillies,salt,black pepper and coriander
3.Make round balls(koftas) with the mixture and shallow fry and keep aside.

Gravy preparation
1.Saute onions and tomatoes with ginger garlic paste.cool and grind it to a paste.
2.Put the  mixture back in to the same skillet and add the spices and cook for some time. then add 2cups of water and bring to a boil.
3.Add cream and cook for 2minutes
4.Add the fried koftas after the gravy is all cooked and garnish with coriander
