Mash Ki Dal
Ingredients
Mash dal/Urad Dal -1cup
Chopped Onions-1/2cup
chopped Mint leaves-1/2 cup
Green chilles chopped
Lemon/Lime juice -2tsp
Oil
Salt

1.Wash and Soak the Dal for about 10minutes
2.Boil with a cup of water untill all water is cooked and Dal is tender
3.Arrange the dal in a bowl and mix salt and lemon juice
4.Fry onions crispy brown.
5Garnish with fried onions ,chopped mint leaves ,green chilles .Serve with roti.


                          
Kali Mash Ki Dal

Ingredients
Black Split Urad Dal-1cup
Chopped Tomatoes-1/2cup
Chopped Onions-1cup
chopped Corander leaves-1/2 cup
Green chilles chopped
Lemon/Lime juice -2tsp
Garam Masala(Powdered cloves,cinnamon and cardamom)
Oil
Salt

1.Wash and Soak the Dal for about 10minutes
2.saute some onions and add ginger garlic paste.Add the soaked dal and spices.Add a cup of water.Cover and cook until tender.
3.Add chopped tomatoes in the dal and mix salt .cook for 5minutes
4.Fry onions crispy brown.
5Garnish with fried onions ,chopped Corainder and lemon wedges.serve with roti.
