Starchy Potatoes 2
Heavy Cream or half and half 1/2cup
Sour cream 2tsp
Butter 1tsp
Black pepper
Salt
Preparation
1.Boil and mash the potatoes.
2.Heat butter in a pan.Mix potatoes with salt ,black pepper,sour cream and heavy cream.stir well until potatoes appear fluffy and creamy.
3.serve warm.
Cooking Tips:Add some cream cheese(1tsp) or herbs like parsley for more flavor
