Mexican Lasagna

Ingredients
Corn Tortillas 6
Ground beef 1lb
Tomato salsa 3cups
Red kidney beans 8oz can,drained
Corn 4oz can,drained
Onions 1
cumin 1/2tsp
Chili powder 1/2tsp
Garlic cloves 2
Cheddar Cheese 2cups
Salt
Oil 4tsp


Preparing
1.In a skillet saute onions and add chopped garlic.After a minute add beef and spices.Mix in kidney beans and corn.cook until no water is left
2.In a baking tray layer the 1cup of tomato salsa at the bottom.then top with halved tortillas, beef mixture and cheese.Repeat the same again with tomato salsa ,tortillas ,beef and cheese on the top.
5.Bake for about 25 minutes at 350F until cheese melts .cut in squares and serve.

Cooking tip:To make it vegetarian replace beef with spinach and mushrooms.
