Mirchi Bajji

Ingredients
1.Big size Green chillies(like Halepeno) 8
2.Tamarind chutney(made of tamarind paste,salt and cumin) 2tsp
3.Chana Flour(Besan/gram flour) 1cup
4.Chillipowder 1/4tsp
5.Tumeric 1/4tsp
6.salt
7.Oil for deep frying

1.Slit and deseed the chillies.
2.Stuff with the tamarind chutney
3.Make batter of chana flour with some water and the spices.
4.Heat the oil
5.Dip the chillies in the batter and fry them until light brown.
6.Serve hot with pudina chutney.
