Mixed Vegetable Curry

Ingredients
Beans chopped 1cup
Carrots chopped 1cup
Spinach chopped 1cup
Cabbage chopped 1cup
Onions chopped 1/2cup
Roasted Cashewnuts  halved 1/2cup
Ginger Garlic paste 1tsp
Chilli powder 1/2tsp
Tumeric 1/4tsp
Salt and Oil

1.Wash and chop the vegetables.
2.Saute onions and add ginger garlic paste.
3.Add vegetables  and remaining spices.
4.close the lid and cook untill veggies are  tender.
5.Garnish with cashews.serve with rice.
