Mutter Paneer Masala

Ingredients
Fresh Paneer cubes 1lb
Peas(Mutter) 1cup
Cashew nut powder 1/2cup
tomatoes(finely chopped) 2
Onions chopped 1medium
Garam masala 1tsp
Chilli powder 1/2tsp
Tumeric 1/4tsp
ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Salt and Oil

Method
1.Shallow fry the paneer and peas and keep aside.
2.In the same oil saute the onions and add ginger garlic paste.Add tomatoes and spices.
3.Add the cashew nut paste and saute until oil leaves the vessel.Add a cup of water bring to a boil.
4.Add fried paneer and peas.Cook for another 10minutes.Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with naan or roti.
