Mutton Dopayazza

Ingredients
Lamb cut in medium pieces 2lbs
Onions 2
tomatoes 3
Ground cumin,cloves and cinnamon 1tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Chilli powder 1/2tsp
Turmeric 1/4tsp
Lime juice 2tsp
Cilantro chopped 1/2bunch
Salt and Oil

Method
1.Marinate lamb in ginger garlic paste,salt,spices and lime juice for 2hrs
2.saute onions until brown.add tomatoes and cook until no water is left.cool and blend to a paste.
3.put the onion paste back in to the skillet and add the marinated mutton .cover and cook until lamb is tender.
4.garnish with cilantro and serve with rice or roti.
