AlooGhosh Khorma

Ingredients
1.Lamb/Mutton 2lbs, Potatoes 2
2.Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
3.yogurt 1cup
4.Coconut chips(powdered) 1cup
5.Onions chopped 1medium
6.Chilli powder 1/2tsp
7 Tumeric 1/4tsp
8.Garam Masala 1/2tsp
9. Salt and Oil

Method
1.Stir fry the potatoes in 2tbsp of oil  and keep aside.
2.In the same skillet add onions and saute untill brown.Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2minutes.
3.Add the coconut paste ,spices and cook until oil leaves the vessel.
4.Add yogurt stir well.Then add lamb and saute for 2 minutes.Add a cup of water.Pressure cook for 15minutes or until tender.Add the fried potatoes.
5.Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with rice or roti
