SeviaFry(Muzaffar) Ingredients Thin Sevia/Vermicelli -2cups ghee or butter-2tbsp sugar 11/2cup chopped almonds and cashews-1/2cup raisins-2tbsp cardamom 2 Food color orange 1pinch Method 1.heat ghee saute sevia for couple of minutes.keep aside 2.Make sugar syrup by boiling 1cup of water and add sugar .Add crushed cardamoms.Add the food color. 3.Add the sevia in to the warm sugar syrup.stir on medium flame for 2minutes or until sevia are tender. 4.Add dry fruits.stir for a minute 5.serve warm or cold |
