All purpose flour 1cup
sour yogurt 1/2cup
chopped onion 1small
chopped green chillies 2
rice flour 1tsp
salt
oil to deep fry


Method:

1.Make a batter by mixing all the ingredients.
2.heat the oil, take little batter about a spoon ful and fry in the oil till  brown
3.serve hot with any chutney
