Chinese Noodles(chow mein)

Ingredients
Chinese noodles 1pack
onions chopped 1cup
beans sprouts 1cup
Green onions chopped  1/2cup
Carrots grated 1cup
beans chopped 1cup
Ginger and garlic chopped 1tsp
Soy sauce 2tbsp
Hot chilli sauce 1Tbsp
Chicken or vegetable stock 1cup

1.Saute onions for a minute.Add ginger and garlic chopped.
2.add the vegetables and stir fry for 3-5minutes
3.Add soysauce ,chilli sauce and chicken stock and boil until it thicken.(dissolve some cornstarch in water and add it to make thicker gravy)
4.cook the noodles in salted boiling water for 4-5minutes depending on the instructions on the noodles pack.
5.Drain water and mix it with the gravy of vegetables.

Cooking tip:Add some chicken strips or Shrimp in to the vegetables to make it chicken chowmein or Shrimp chowmein
