Tomato Palak Dal
Ingredients
Toovar Dal 1cup
Tomatoes 2
Spinack(Palak) chopped 2cups
Red chilli powder 1/4Tsp
Pinch of Tumeric
Curry leaves,Garlic clove ,Zeera , Mustard seeds and Red chilles For Tadka
Oil

1.Wash and Soak the dal for about 10minutes
2.Boil it with  1cup of water,chopped spinach,tomatoes and pinch of tumeric and  red chilli powder untill tender
3.Mash the dal add 1/2cup of water and salt.
4.Bring to a Boil
5.preapare tadka and pour over the dal.
