Palak Paneer Ingredients 1.Spinach 4medium bunches 2.Fresh Paneer(cubes) 6-8 3.Garam masala 1tsp 4.onions chopped 1/2cup 5.Ginger garlic paste 1tsp 6.Chilli powder 1/2tsp 7.Tumeric 1/4tsp 8.Salt and Oil. Method 1.Saute Onions and add ginger garlic paste and roast it for a minute. 2.Add spinach and spices.cook until most of the water is evaporated(approx 15minutes). 3.Blend the spinach curry. 4.In the same skillet add 2tsp of oil and shallow fry the paneer and add the blended spinach.cook for 2minutes and serve with rice or naan. |
