Lamb Pasendey

Ingredients
Boneless Lamb(flattened using kitchen hammer) 2lbs
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Sour cream 2Tsp
Onions chopped 2medium
Chilli powder 1/2tsp
Tumeric 1/4tsp
Garam Masala 1/2tsp
Salt and Oil

Method
1.Marinate the flattened lamb pieces with the ginger garlic paste,salt,garam masala,chilli powder,turmeric and sour cream for 2-4hrs.
2.Saute the onions in some oil until crispy brown.Add chopped tomatoes.Saute for 5minutes.
3.Add the marinated lamb.cover and slow cook for an hour until lamb is tender.cook until oil appears to be leaving the vessel.
4.garnish with chopped cilantro.serve with rice or roti or naan.
