Pav Bhaji

Ingredients
1.Pav(buns) 1pack
2.Potatoes 2
3.Carrots 3
4.Peas 1cup
5.Tomatoes 4
6.Onions 2
7.Pav bhaji masala or Garam masala 1tsp
8.Lemon 1
9.Coriander chopped 1/2cup
10.Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
11.salt
12.oil and butter

Method
1.Peel the potatoes and boil with rest of the vegetables until tender
2.slightly mash or coarsely blend the vegetables
3 Heat 2tsp of oil and saute some chopped onions.add ginger garlic paste and saute 2minutes.
4.Add the Garam masala and saute for a minute or so.
5.Add the mashed vegetables  and cook for 2minutes.
6.Garnish with a teaspoon of butter,cilantro,chopped onions and lemon wedges
7.Roast the buns in butter and serve with the Bhaji.
