Pesarettu
Ingredients
1.Green gram dal whole 2cups
2.Ginger 1small
3.Onions chopped 1cup
4.Salt
5.Oil


Method
1.Soak dal overnight.
2.Grind it with ginger and onions.mix salt
3.heat a big pan and pour the batter with a deep round spoon and spread it to make it thinner.Add some oil on the edges of the pesarettu.Flip on other side when slightly crispy and brown.fry for another 2 minutes on the other side.
4.serve hot with any
chutney.
