Qurbani Ka Meeta Ingredients 1.Dried Apricots(qurbani) 4cups 2.Sugar 1cup 3.Chopped almonds 1cup 4.Custard powder 2tsp 5.Heavy Cream 2Tsp 6.Milk for custard 1cup Preparation 1.Soak the apricots overnight. 2.Boil in water until soft.deseed them and blend them.Add some sugar and simmer for 5minutes. 3.Prepare custard. add 2tsp of custard powder dissolved in some water in to 1 cup of boiling milk.Stir until it thickens. 4.Put the qurbani in a serving bowl.Mix in some chopped almonds.Top with a teaspoon of cream and custard. 5.Serve chilled. Cooking tip:the seeds of the apricots can be broken and the seeds inside can be used instead of almonds |
